Our way of working :-
During the planning of any house, it is very important to keep some things in mind, which need to be kept in mind during house planning. Which are given priority in our house plans which is as follows.
In any good planning, first of all, it is most important to keep in mind the proper arrangement of natural light and ventilation in house planning, so that maximum natural light can reach the house and ventilation can be done properly of the whole house, And for this purpose setback area or open to sky (shaft) is used in our house plans for natural light and ventilation,
The second and prominent thing to be noted in house planning is to keep privacy in mind, it is very important to keep privacy in mind in any house planning, and here you see privacy in all the house planning. Priority is given
Some of the things that are kept in mind to maintain privacy are as follows:
Sitting room, meeting room or guest room is not directly connected to the bedroom or kitchen, so that any kind of problem regarding privacy is not seen in this house plannings.
Vastu is also followed more and more in the house plans you see here. The things which are mainly followed according to Vastu are the following
Keeping the kitchen proper according to Vastu, you can see in our house plans. Along with this, the direction of the gas stove in the kitchen is also kept according to Vastu.
According to Vastu, you can see the position of the main gate prominently in our house plans.
The placement of washroom is also done according to Vastu.
According to Vastu, the placement of the bedroom is done in the proper place as well as the direction of the bed in the bedroom is kept in the proper direction according to Vastu.
The size of the door windows is taken adequately in the house plans you see here, as well as it is taken care that the door of any bedroom should not be placed in front of the main door so that the privacy is maintained.
The door of the kitchen or bedroom is not placed in such a way that it is directly visible from the meeting room, guest room or sitting room. The main reason for doing this is to maintain privacy.
In the house plans that you see here, the stairs are also kept in the proper place according to Vastu and at the same time it is taken care that the number of steps should be sufficient and the risers and treads of the steps should also be taken properly.
हमारा कार्य करने का तरीक़ा :-
किसी भी घर की प्लानिंग के दौरान कुछ बातो को ध्यान में रखा जाना अत्यंत आवश्यक होता है जिन्हे हाउस प्लानिंग के दौरान बारिकता से ध्यान में रखा आवश्यक हे | जिन्हे हमारे हाउस प्लान्स में प्राथमिकता दी जाती है जो कि निम्न है |
किसी भी अच्छी प्लानिंग में सबसे पहले हाउस प्लानिंग में नेचुरल लाइट और वेंटिलेशन कि उचित व्यवस्था को ध्यान में रखा जाना सबसे ज़्यादा आवश्यक होता है , जिससे कि घर में ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा नेचुरल लाइट पहुंच सके और वेंटिलेशन पूरे घर का उचित रूप से हो सके , और इसके लिए हमारे हाउस प्लान्स में नेचुरल लाइट और वेंटिलेशन के लिए सेटबैक एरिया या ओपन टू स्काई (शाफ़्ट) का प्रयोजन किया जाता है ,
हाउस प्लानिंग में जो दूसरी और प्रमुखता से ध्यान दी जाने वाली बात है वह है प्राइवेसी को ध्यान में रखना , किसी भी हाउस प्लानिंग में प्राइवेसी को ध्यान में रखा जाना अत्यंत आवश्यक होता है , और यहां आप जितनी भी हाउस प्लानिंग देखते है उनमे प्राइवेसी को प्राथमिकता दी जाती हे |
प्राइवेसी को मैंटेन करने के लिए जो बाते ध्यान में राखी जाती हे उनमे कुछ बाते निम्न हे
सिटिंग रूम , मीटिंग रूम या गेस्ट रूम को सीधा बैडरूम या किचन से सीधा कनेक्ट नहीं किया जाता हे जिससे की प्राइवेसी को लेकर किसी भी प्रकार की पॉब्लम यह हाउस प्लांनिंग्स में देखने को नहीं मिलती हे
यहां जो हाउस प्लान्स आप देखते हे उनमे वास्तु को भी ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा फॉलो किया जाता हे | जिन बातो को प्रमुखता से वास्तु के अनुसार फॉलो किया जाता हे वो चीज़े निम्न हे
वास्तु के अनुसार किचन को उचित रखा जाना यह आप हमारे हाउस प्लान्स में देख सकते हे | साथ ही किचन में गैस स्टोव की डायरेक्शन को भी प्रयासतः वास्तु के अनुसार ही रखा जाता हे
मुख्य द्वार की स्थिति को वास्तु के अनुसार आप हमारे हाउस प्लान्स में प्रमुखता से देख सकते हे
वाशरूम का प्लेसमेंट भी वास्तु के अनुसार उचित स्थान पर किया जाता हे|
वास्तु के अनुसार बैडरूम का प्लेसमेंट उचित जगह किया जाता हे साथ ही बैडरूम में बेड का डायरेक्शन वास्तु के अनुसार उचित दिशा में रखा जाता हे
आप जो यहां हाउस प्लान्स देखते हे उनमे डोर विंडोज की साइज को पर्याप्त रूप से लिया जाता हे साथ ही यह ध्यान रखा जाता हे की मुख्य द्वार के सामने किसी भी बैडरूम का डोर प्लेस न किया जाए जिससे की प्राइवेसी मेन्टेन रहे
किचन या बैडरूम के डोर को ऐसे प्लेस नहीं किया जाता हे की वह मीटिंग रूम, गेस्ट रूम या सिटींग रूम से डायरेक्टली विज़िबल हो | ऐसा करने का मुख्या कारण प्राइवेसी को मेन्टेन रखना हे
यहां जो आप हाउस प्लान्स देखते हे उनमे सीढ़ियों को भी वास्तु के अनुसार उचित स्थान पे रखा जाता हे और साथ ही यह ध्यान रखा जाता हे नंबर ऑफ़ स्टेप्स पर्याप्त हो और उसमे स्टेप्स के रिसर और ट्रेड्स को भी उचित रूप से लिए जाए |
